Tr20 Tr40 double-layer roof panel forming machine has lower and upper layer. The rollers of one profile (e.g. IBR sheet) are mounted on the lower layer and the rollers of the other profile (eg corrugated sheet) are mounted on the upper frame. The entire production line only uses one decoiler, one cutting device and one control box. But the machine cannot produce two profiles at the same time.

The whole line consists of un-coiler, double pre-cutting system, feeding system, roll forming machine with protect guarding cover, post-cut device, PLC control system, and so on.
