Components of a Slitting and Cut-to-Length Line

8. Stacker: Collects and stacks the cut sheets for easy handling
and transportation.
9. Recoiler: Recoils any remaining strips back into smaller coils
if needed.
Workflow
1. Loading: A coil of sheet metal is loaded onto the uncoiler.
2. Slitting: The uncoiled sheet is fed through the slitter, which
cuts it into multiple narrower strips.
3. Tensioning and Leveling: The strips pass through the tension
stand and leveler to ensure they are flat and under the correct
tension.
4. Looping: The strips enter the looping pit, which provides a
buffer for continuous operation.
5. Feeding and Cutting: Strips are fed into the shear, where they
are cut to the specified lengths.
6. Stacking: Cut sheets are stacked for further handling.
7. Recoiling (optional): Any remaining strips may be recoiled if
not fully processed.

3. Cut to length line machine description
The Cut-To-Length Line including uncoil to support the coil
material, levelling it, and then cut it to the required length and
stack it.
The end product produced by a Cut-To-Length Line is a flat sheet of
material cut to a very precise length tolerance.

requirement, there are several variables you should provide: the
thickness of material, the type of material, length of the sheets to be
